By accessing and using Olympus Trader ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Olympus Trader provides a decentralized finance (DeFi) trading platform that integrates with Compound V2 and Uniswap V3 protocols. The Platform enables users to:

• Lend and borrow cryptocurrency assets
• Execute token swaps
• Utilize automated trading strategies
• Monitor portfolio performance

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Accept full responsibility for all transactions executed through your account

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Olympus Trader is a non-custodial platform. You maintain complete control over your private keys and cryptocurrency assets at all times. We do not have access to your funds and cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions once they are executed on the blockchain.

5. Fees and Payments

Platform fees vary by subscription tier and are clearly disclosed on our Pricing page. In addition to platform fees, you are responsible for:

• Network gas fees required by blockchain protocols
• Protocol fees charged by Compound V2 and Uniswap V3
• Any applicable taxes on your transactions

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge:

• The value of cryptocurrency assets is highly volatile
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose all or part of your investment

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olympus Trader and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Olympus Trader and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Olympus Trader operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
